Gastric mucosal support
A high-viscosity sesame lipid is included to support the gastric mucosal environment.

GF-1R is a daily softgel designed to support gastric mucosal wellness, gut barrier health, and everyday digestive comfort.
The gastric mucosa is the stomach’s living inner surface, while the intestinal barrier is the gut’s living boundary. Each region has distinct anatomy and functions; GF-1R is formulated for daily support across both without treating the tissues as interchangeable.

Diet, lifestyle, and individual physiology can influence digestive comfort. Probiotics focus on microorganisms; GF-1R is formulated around daily support for the gastric mucosal environment and normal gut-barrier function. GF-1R does not contain probiotics and is not claimed to make probiotics more effective.

Ingredient research
Research spans gastric-mucosal and intestinal-barrier biology across distinct ingredient materials and non-human models.
Ingredient-level, non-human literature—not GF-1R clinical trials. Materials and doses may differ.
SCIENCE / REFERENCE PATH
GF-1R is formulated for daily support of gastric mucosal wellness and normal gut-barrier function. These educational references explain the anatomy, acid-defense system, and evidence boundaries behind that language; they do not establish finished-product clinical outcomes.
Two softgels daily, ideally on an empty stomach 20 minutes before your first meal.
Take with a full glass of water and follow the directions on the product label.
Keep the timing consistent. Individual needs and daily routines vary.

GF-1R is designed for ongoing daily support of gastric mucosal wellness, normal gut-barrier function, and digestive comfort.
The gastric mucosa is the stomach’s living inner surface. Epithelial cells, mucus, and glandular secretions work together while the stomach carries out digestion. This general physiology does not establish that a dietary supplement produces a clinical outcome.
The intestinal barrier is a living epithelial boundary farther along the digestive tract. Its cells, tight junctions, mucus environment, and region-specific secretions help regulate what crosses from the intestine into the body.
Mucus helps retain bicarbonate near the gastric epithelial surface, creating a less acidic microenvironment. Tight junctions and rapid epithelial renewal also contribute to the stomach’s normal surface defenses. This is background physiology, not evidence that GF-1R changes acid exposure.
The gastric mucosa lines the stomach; the intestinal barrier belongs farther along the digestive tract. They share epithelial and mucus-based principles, but their environments and functions differ, so evidence from one region should not automatically be treated as evidence for the other.
GF-1R combines whole sesame oil with Hericium erinaceus (lion's mane) and ginseng. GF-1R does not contain zinc carnosine, L-glutamine, or DGL. Its research library contains ingredient-level, non-human literature; materials and doses may differ from the finished formula.

I used to feel really uncomfortable after meals — like, distractingly so. Week 1 of GF-1R was a flat 'okay,' but by week 4 the daily bloating I'd just lived with started to ease up. Tacos and I are friends again.
About a month in, mornings feel different. Coffee used to be a complicated relationship; now it's just part of the routine. I'd tried a bunch of gut-support products before — this one stuck.
Third bottle now. Around week 8 something shifted — I just stopped thinking about my stomach. For a daily routine product, that's the highest compliment I can give it.
