SHIPPING POLICY

Vitality Lab ships from our fulfillment facility in 
Bayonne, New Jersey. We aim to get every order into your hands 
quickly, securely, and in the condition our formulations deserve.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, 
Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We also deliver to APO/FPO/DPO 
military addresses and P.O. boxes.

International shipping is not currently available.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. 
Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends and U.S. federal 
holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email 
with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): 3-7 business days
• Standard Shipping (AK, HI, U.S. Territories): 5-10 business days
• Standard Shipping (APO/FPO/DPO): 7-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are 
not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, transit 
time is the responsibility of the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

ONE-TIME ORDERS
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on 
order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is 
available on one-time orders over $100.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
All monthly subscription orders ship free of charge within the 
contiguous United States.

QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
All quarterly subscription orders ship free of charge within the 
contiguous United States and include an additional subscription 
discount applied automatically at checkout.

Surcharges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. 
territories, and military addresses, regardless of subscription 
tier. Any applicable surcharge will be displayed at checkout 
before payment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your 
tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. 
Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of the 
carrier's first scan.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 
business days of placing your order, please email 
info@vitalitylabco.com so we can investigate.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are 
not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses 
provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact 
info@vitalitylabco.com immediately. If your order has not yet 
shipped, we can update the address. Once an order has entered 
the carrier's network, we cannot reroute it.

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect 
address may incur a re-shipping fee.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not 
received it, please:

1. Verify the delivery address on your order
2. Check with neighbors and household members
3. Look near your mailbox, porch, side gate, and any 
   secure delivery locations
4. Wait 24-48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages 
   as delivered before they actually arrive

If the package still cannot be located, contact 
info@vitalitylabco.com within 14 days of the marked delivery 
date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where 
appropriate, send a replacement at no cost.

We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address. 
Vitality Lab is not responsible for packages confirmed as 
delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen 
from the delivery location.

WEATHER & CARRIER DELAYS

Severe weather, natural disasters, regional carrier disruptions, 
and federal holidays can cause delivery delays beyond our 
control. We will do our best to communicate any known delays.

PEAK SEASON

During major shopping holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 
holiday season in November and December), processing times may 
extend by 1-2 additional business days due to order volume. 
Carriers may also experience delays during this period.

PRODUCT TEMPERATURE & STORAGE

Our products are formulated to remain stable across normal 
shipping conditions, including warm-weather transit. If you 
have concerns about extreme heat or cold at your delivery 
location, please email us before placing your order to discuss 
shipping options.

Once delivered, store products as instructed on the label — 
typically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
