RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vitality Lab, we take pride in the quality, purity, and 
science behind every formulation we produce. Because our products 
are dietary supplements intended for personal consumption, we are 
unable to accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or 
unopened items. Once an order ships from our facility, it is 
considered final.

This is standard practice across the dietary supplement industry 
to protect product integrity and customer safety.

We've outlined exceptions and how to address concerns below.

WHEN WE WILL OFFER A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

We stand behind our products and our shipping. We will issue a 
replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:

1. PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
   If your order arrives with visible damage to the product or 
   packaging that affects usability, contact us within 7 days of 
   delivery. Please include photographs of the damaged item and 
   packaging.

2. INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED
   If we ship the wrong product, formulation, or quantity, contact 
   us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at 
   no cost to you.

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
   If you believe a product is defective (broken seal on arrival, 
   off-color softgels, foreign material, etc.), do not consume 
   the product. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with 
   photographs of the issue and your order number.

4. LOST OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
   If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not 
   received it, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery 
   date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and, 
   if necessary, send a replacement.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

Email info@vitalitylabco.com with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs (where applicable)

Our customer service team responds within 24-48 business hours, 
Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled at no charge if they have not yet shipped. 
Email info@vitalitylabco.com as soon as possible. Once your order 
enters processing or has been handed to the carrier, it cannot 
be cancelled and our standard policy applies.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time 
through your customer account at vitalitylabco.com/account, or by 
emailing info@vitalitylabco.com. Cancellations made at least 24 
hours before your next scheduled billing date will take effect 
before that charge.

Once a subscription order has been billed and shipped, it is 
treated as a completed order and is not eligible for refund 
beyond the exceptions listed above.

PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Promotional pricing, bundles, and discounts cannot be applied 
retroactively to existing orders. Bundle pricing applies only 
when all bundled items are purchased in the same transaction.

WHAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT COVER

This policy does not apply to:
• Personal dissatisfaction with taste, smell, or texture
• Subjective effectiveness of the supplement
• Orders where the customer was not present to receive delivery 
  (please use a secure delivery address)
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (we cannot 
  guarantee authenticity of products not purchased directly 
  from vitalitylabco.com)

DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS — IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to 
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results 
may vary. If you experience adverse effects, discontinue use and 
consult your healthcare provider.
